Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions, which govern the use of our premium car rental services provided by Entourage. By accessing our services, you agree to adhere to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Responsibility for Accidents:

In the event of an accident, if the hirer is found responsible, they will be liable to pay the accident penalty, which includes the excess amount of insurance coverage, plus 20% of the repair cost. Additionally, they will be responsible for the daily rental charges until the vehicle is fully repaired. If the hirer is not responsible for the accident, they are still responsible for the daily rental charges until the vehicle is repaired, provided the second party is present.

2. Total Loss:

In the event of a “TOTAL LOSS” (where the damage to the vehicle is beyond economic repair), the hirer agrees to pay 20% of the total insured value of the vehicle, in addition to the accident penalty (the excess amount of insurance coverage).

3. Driver Requirements:

Hirers must hold a valid driving license for at least one year and be over 25 years of age. For hirers with a driving license of less than one year or who are under 25 years of age, they will be fully liable for all repair charges and damages.

4. Usage Limitations:

The vehicle is intended for use in the U.A.E. only, and the insurance coverage is applicable within the U.A.E. If an accident occurs due to the driver’s alcohol consumption or any substances with a similar effect, the hirer is fully responsible for any losses or damages to the vehicle and must answer to the official authorities.

5. Vehicle Care and Parking:

The hirer must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and secure location when not in use. Any damages, including those resulting from natural disasters, are the sole responsibility of the hirer and cannot be claimed through insurance.

6. Damage Reporting:

In case of any damage not supported by a police report, the hirer is fully responsible before the official authorities, in addition to covering the cost of vehicle repairs. The hirer also agrees to pay all traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental period.

7. Deposit for Fines:

The hirer agrees to pay a deposit for traffic and parking fines during or after the rental period, according to the agreement. The company reserves the right to claim any unpaid amounts from the hirer within one year after the rental period.

8. Salik System Charges:

The hirer agrees to pay the charges for the vehicle’s passage through the electronic gates of the “SALIK SYSTEM” (5 DHS per pass). In the event of an accident, the hirer must not move the vehicle until police inspection is complete and must promptly provide all required documents to the rental office.

9. Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance:

The hirer is responsible for paying repair and daily rent fees for any downtime resulting from an accident, technical issues, or negligence. The hirer must promptly inform the rental office in case of an accident or mechanical issues and is not allowed to make any repairs to the vehicle without informing the rental office.

10. Vehicle Return and Care:

The vehicle should be returned to the rental office in good condition according to the provided checklist. The hirer must ensure the vehicle has sufficient water and oil. If the hirer returns the car unclean, cleaning charges will apply.

11. Prohibited Activities:

The hirer should not use the vehicle for off-road driving, races, rallies, competitions, desert areas, or any activities that may damage the vehicle. The hirer will be responsible for any damages due to such activities.

12. Legal Obligations:

The hirer is responsible for any legal obligations or cases related to the vehicle during the rental period. The hirer must not use the vehicle to transport forbidden items in the U.A.E. until an arrangement is reached between the hirer and the office.

13. Valuables:

Entourage is not responsible for any cash or valuable belongings left or lost inside the vehicle during or after the rental period.

14. Mileage Limitation:

Hirers are allowed to drive 250 kilometers per day. Any excess mileage will be charged at one dirham per kilometer.

15. Late Return Charges:

One day of hire constitutes 24 hours, and any delay exceeding one hour will be considered a full-day charge. For late returns, hirers may be subject to additional charges.

16. Additional Charges:

Hirers will be liable to pay for car towing services, decline in vehicle value (whether or not the vehicle is repaired), court costs, legal fees, and any other expenses incurred by Entourage in the case of accidents, misuse, or non-compliance with these terms.

17. Vehicle Recovery Authorization:

Entourage is authorized to recover the rented vehicle by key reserves from anywhere in the U.A.E. without reference to the hirer.

18. Operating Hours:

The vehicle must be returned within the specified operating hours: from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. On Thursdays, the last delivery is at 7:00 PM, and no services are available on Fridays, public holidays, without prior agreement.

19. Subleasing:

Hirers are not allowed to sublease the rented vehicle, and unauthorized individuals are not permitted to operate the vehicle.

20. Passport Surrender:

Hirers must leave their original passport with the rental company until the rental period concludes. The return of original identities will be processed upon the vehicle’s safe return and the settlement of any debts.

21. Complaints and Fees:

In the event of complaints filed with public authorities or governmental agencies, the hirer found at fault is responsible for all associated fees, documentation, and inconveniences incurred by the rental company.

22. Monthly Rent Distance Limit:

For monthly rentals, a specified distance of 4,000 kilometers is included. Any excess mileage will be charged according to the agreement.
