What are the age requirements?

Clients must have a valid driver’s licence for at least a year in order to use this service.

  • To drive a regular car, you must be at least 21 years old.
  • To drive a sports car, you must be at least 23 years old.

What paperwork is necessary to rent a car?

  • Copy of the visa page from a passport
  • Copy of your current International Driving Permit (IDP) or valid UAE Driver’s License
  • Credit/Debit Card

What payment options do you have?

  • Cash
  • Visa/Mastercard

Can I pay the rent in advance?

Yes, please contact us if you would like to pay in advance.

How can I make a car reservation?

Anyone can instantly book a reservation on our website:

  • Choose the rental car you want.
  • Click “Book Now”
  • Choose the dates you’ll require your insurance, the location for delivery, and the time for pickup.
  • To confirm your reservation request, click “Book now” at the bottom of the booking window.

To speak with a member of our sales team directly through WhatsApp, choose “Book on WhatsApp.” They’ll give you all the details and walk you through the procedure.

Do I get a discount if I rent for a long time?

Yes, you are welcome to contact us through mail or WhatsApp us to request a long-term rental quote.

How many miles are allowed per day?

250km is the daily distance limit; any further kilometers will be charged separately. You can increase the mileage before confirming the reservation.

Will I be charged late fees?

Vehicles are rented daily (24 hours). Returns are subject to a grace period of 1 hour (60 minutes). After 1 hour, an hourly rate will be charged. Full-day charges apply after 3 hours (180 minutes) of delay. There is no grace period for rental fees, surcharges, and optional equipment or protection fees. All-day late fees apply to these items.

Are there any additional charges?

No. Our luxury car rentals do not charge any additional fees unless you add additional services (e.g. personal driver, emergency exchange, pick-up, etc.).

Can I change the return location after picking it up?

Yes. To change your car rental pick-up location, please contact our customer service representative 3-6 hours in advance.

Can I extend my rental beyond the original return date?

It depends. If the rental car has a future reservation, it cannot be extended. However, we may be able to exchange your rental car for another available model. If you exchange for a lower or higher range, the rental price will be adjusted accordingly

Why is a deposit required?

A deposit is a money that has been placed on the customer’s debit/credit card as a hold. (Not charged.) The deposit is restricted for 30 days. After that, the restriction will be automatically removed.
The customer is liable for paying any fines, dents, or damage to the car that wasn’t remedied right away or after it was returned. We offer our clients documentation of the fines and auto damage records.

What Differences Exist Between Comprehensive and Full Insurance?
Comprehensive Insurance: When you get third-party insurance, sometimes referred to as comprehensive insurance, you are liable for any harm you cause to the other party’s vehicles. This insurance is freely available to all customers.

Full insurance: You will need to have police insurance and won’t be liable for any damages if you damage the car, even though the full insurance will cover everything. This insurance is purchased separately.

A delivery to different emirates is possible, right?

Delivery within Dubai is free. However, we ship to additional Emirates that can cost be upto 500 AED.

What if I have a problem with my car? Do you offer roadside assistance?

Before you drive, familiarize yourself with your vehicle’s features and operation, including heating and air conditioning, radio, lights, windshield wipers, spare tire, seat belts and door locks, and fuel tank access. Getting distracted trying to figure these things out while driving can be dangerous. Don’t wait for the fuel warning light to come on before buying gas, especially if you don’t know how far the gas station is. If you have any problems with your rental car, please contact our sales department. For minor issues that can be resolved onsite, an operations team is dispatched to assist. In the unlikely event that your car breaks down, please contact our sales department and request support or replacement of your car. Stay in your car. Wait in your car until the service or the police arrive.

What should I do if I have an accident or damage to my car while renting?

If an accident occurs, do not leave the scene of the accident. Please contact the police. If there are no injuries to any individual and the vehicle has minor damage, drivers are advised to park their vehicle on the side of the road so as not to block traffic. Do not move the car if the situation does not require. Obtain a police report and submit it to Entourage Rent A Car.
